Listened to the file for almost two months, with sometimes having a break in between by taking a day off. Nothing has happened yet, but then again, this is my first attempt at self-hypnosis. Probably would work if I had more experience...

I\'ve listened to it for the first time. I didn\'t notice anything when I used the trigger phrase, but I\'m gonna keep listening and trying. (Also it would be nice to know if this is suitable for \"beginner\" level, as in not experienced in hypnosis.)

Just finished my first time listening to it and already experiencing results.
Senses of changes in height, feeling of skin, posture, tail, and elongated draconic feet.
I\'ve used several different hypnofiles, and find this one to be well worth giving a try.
