Very Very effective. Just listened to it and I\"ve been wetting since quite a bit. Best part is, I don\'t even think about it. This is great for folks who have a hard time relaxing to loose bladder control.

I have to be honest, most of EMG\'s files have had limited effects on me, if any. But i cut the explanation off the front and the awakener off the end and play it on a loop while trying to fall asleep and it worked. I dont know how many times it looped until the headphones fell off. But it must have taken me down at least three times. I did wet into my diaper unbeknownst to me (until i wokke the next morning) whatever position i was in when i wet caused the diaper to leak. So now i have to wash my bed and sheets down before my roomate notices. But i loved it anyway.

I've had effective results from EMG's TrainBabyBladder.I have listened to it often over 4 months now, and find this week I am wetting little spurts of pee into my diapers without being aware until it's actually happening. It does feel good. Feel free to PM me for more details .... The feeling of uncontrolled peeing is something I've wanted a long time, and the sensation of it actually happening for real is amazing.

so you only cant control, when you are diapered? or do you loose control completely and should use diapers to avoid wet bed etc.?

I\'ve listened twice--I don\'t want the potential effects (so I better stop!!!) but of course was curious...
I have to admit that this file gave me a feeling that I liked... for one thing, it sent me very deeply very quickly--and very noticeably. Despite the potential effects, I was not concerned...I felt peacful, safe, and VERY comfortable.
I think the binaurals or subliminals, or both, are particularly strong in it. I didn\'t have that effect with other files and I\'ve been listening a lot to others.
I would love for other files to have effects like this. Ones that won\'t make me pee. Then again, the suggestions are still relatively ok compared to some of what is out there!

It\'s scary how each time I listen, I discover a new affect. I began listening to this file, at the request of a friend. Each time I realize another affect on me, it gets that much stronger. I\'m normal until I give in to my new desire to wear a diaper. But, once Im diapered...wow
