I like the induction, I was out in the count. I had the file on loop and the phone rang (lesson) on the second time round. I tried to go back under but ended up just listening relaxed to the body.
I notices a couple of things that made me wonder if they should be in there. One was the mention of emptying the bowels. That is not in the description and I think it was a slip of the tongue on your side and not intentional.
Other thing is the sound quality of the body is not so good as the induction.
Well lets see what the result of listening will be.
