The first time I tried this file it caught me, I tried to stand and just fell back and felt so small compared to the room I was in, I babbled and had baby movement gestures for 5 minutes. This file has not worked since my initial listen 🙁

Worked very well on me. I had trouble moving, crawling, I could not walk. I had to prop myself up and try really hard not to fall. I couldn\'t drink out of a glass of water (recommend you use a plastic one haha) I drank a bit at a time but unwillingly spat up the rest. The simplest of things fascinated me and I couldnt talk, write or type to save me. A pen felt loose in my hand, I couldn\'t grip it.\r\n\r\nWorks well. I was not expecting that...

I have some trouble actually fully relaxing, even though I had some trouble moving after, I could still speak and move. In fact, I am writing this 2 mins after finishing it.

omg listened to this twice the first time it didn\'t work just made me relaxed but when i woke up nothing happenend. The second time it almost sent me to sleep and i remember the whole relax countdown to 6 then nothing to the wake up count. when i woke up all i could do was murmur. And luckily i had put a nappy on as i peed uncontroably. then i cried without helping it and it wore off. not sure how long it lasted for but it was a while. i really am inpressed this is the first file that has worked for me ever....
