While you can listen while sleeping, the results while doing so are varied. Some people find it works well, others do not and the only way for you to find out is to try.
So, if listening while awake, try to find somewhere that has minimal distractions and treat it a bit like going to sleep, don’t listen after highly stimulating activities. There are a couple deepener and accelerator files that can also be tried to help increase effectiveness.

Maybe a hypnosis that turns a human who has lost his virginity into a slave? That is, the person who is deflowered by a man’s penis or by a woman’s strap-on becomes his slave/sex slave.
